What is RLAX Home Massage?

RLAX Home Service Massage is the simplest way to enjoy a professional, spa-quality massage delivered straight to the comfort of your home, office or hotel.

You can book a spa-quality home massage easily, and hassle-free via our website or mobile application.

How does RLAX Home Massage work?

You simply need to select the massage type of your choice on our website or app, enter your contact information in the booking form, and make your payment online via credit card, bank transfer, or prompt pay.

Once the payment has been approved, your booking is now confirmed. You will first receive a booking confirmation via email and then a notification email of your assigned therapist closer to your appointment.

How quickly can I book a RLAX massage?

In as little as 90 minutes, feel free to book a massage straight to your home or hotel on the same day. RLAX is available 7 days a week/daily (including public holidays). Our operating hours are from 9AM onwards.

*Last massage booking is between 19:00HRS – 21:00HRS. Depending on the city you are located in.

Can I tip my provider?

A gratuity is not required or expected. Your provider is already well-compensated but if you have experienced an exceptional service & would like express your appreciation, then please feel free to do so.

Can I request a specific type of pressure during the massage?

Yes! Whether you prefer a light, medium, or deep pressure massage, simply communicate your preferences to your therapist at the beginning of your session, and they will tailor the massage to your needs.

Do I need to prepare anything for my massage at home?

By choosing RLAX, your mobile massage therapist will bring everything needed for the perfect spa-quality massage at home.

Your therapist will bring a mat, clean linen sheets, massage oils, alcohol gel, candles & music.

For your own comfort we suggest that you prepare:

A clean area for the massage
A pillow to rest your head on during the massage
Wear loose-fitting & comfortable clothes.

**If you have booked an oil massage, you would be required to remove your clothes so that it does not get stained by the oil. The RLAX guidelines stipulate that you should wear undergarments at all times during any massage. The massage therapist will cover you with a sheet to preserve your modesty and to ensure your comfort.

Any safety protocols in place?

Your safety is our highest priority. We perform full background checks on all our Home Massage Providers, as well as a routine check on their overall performance. Any complaints or low feedback ratings by clients are automatically logged and followed up with an internal investigation.

We will then personally follow up with the client.

How can I book a massage for two people?

RLAX booking platform allows you to book a massage for a maximum of 2 people at a time. For a couples massage, you can choose 1 of 2 options:

Same time massage- RLAX will send two therapists to perform your massage at the same time.
One after the other - For this option, a single therapist will perform two massages, one after another.

You may choose the same or a different type of massage for the second person. For example, one person may want to have a Traditional Thai massage, and the other might prefer a Facial Acupressure and Head massage instead.

Can I pay for my massage booking with cash to the therapist?

As as part of RLAX's safety regulations & payment policy, all payments are made via credit card, bank transfer or prompt pay.
We do not accept any cash payments. Customers are required to pay for their massage booking online via our website or mobile application.

Payments are seamless and secure through our system. An official email confirmation of your RLAX booking will be sent out once it has been approved.

Am I able to add on extra time to my booking?

Yes, you may add on extra time to your existing booking:

For an extra 30 minutes: 300฿

For an extra 60 minutes: 600฿

For an extra 90 minutes: 900฿

If you decide to add on an extra 30 minutes, 60 minutes or 90 minutes to your massage booking, please inform your therapist first so that he/she can select the extra time option on their mobile application and continue the massage for you.

You will not be required to pay in advance.

Before the booking is complete, the therapist's application will display a pop-up QR code, and you can proceed to make payment via prompt pay or bank transfer.

After the payment has been processed, your therapist will be able to complete the booking successfully.
