Clinical Home Care & Recovery Support
Receive professional nursing support at home with RLAX Clinical Nursing Care, provided by a Practical Nurse (PN) for seniors and patients who require ongoing clinical care in a familiar and comfortable environment.
Your RLAX Practical Nurse can assist with basic nursing procedures according to the patient’s care plan, including urinary catheter care or replacement, nebulizer administration, and nasogastric (NG) tube feeding. This service is designed for patients who rely on medical equipment or require regular nursing assistance at home.
Personal hygiene and nursing support are also provided, including proper bed bathing or showering and repositioning every two hours for bedridden patients. These routines help maintain hygiene, improve comfort, and support the prevention and care of mild pressure sores (Stage 1–2).
The Practical Nurse can closely monitor and record important health indicators, including blood pressure, pulse, oxygen saturation, and blood glucose levels (DTX). These records can be shared with physicians or registered nurses to support ongoing treatment and follow-up care.
