You can book easily through our app or website, choose your preferred time and location, and our provider will arrive with all necessary equipment and hygiene protocols so you can enjoy smooth, convenient waxing without travelling.

RLAX uses premium-grade products from Perron Rigot Paris, a high-quality, dermatologist-tested wax known for being gentle and effective. It is safe and suitable for sensitive skin, helping to minimize irritation and redness after waxing for a comfortable experience.

To ensure the best results:

• Avoid applying lotion or oil for at least 24 hours prior.
• Let hair grow to about 0.5-1 cm for best wax adhesion.
• After waxing, avoid sun exposure and hot baths for 24 hours.
• Apply aloe vera gel to soothe and calm the skin if needed.

Absolutely. RLAX maintains strict hygiene standards. Each provider uses fresh wax, clean tools, and disposable materials. The setup is done in your chosen space, ensuring a clean, safe, and completely private environment.

RLAX uses Perron Rigot’s roll-on wax cartridges , also known as roll-on wax, which are a type of strip wax in a convenient cartridge format.

Roll-on wax is known for its easy application, as it is applied in an extra-thin layer and does not dry out. It’s ideal for larger areas of the body such as the legs, arms, back, and torso, delivering a gentle and consistently impressive waxing experience every time.

Your RLAX provider will:

• Cleanse the skin gently before waxing.
• Apply warm wax carefully to remove hair from the targeted area.
• Finish with a soothing post-wax oil and lotion to calm and hydrate your skin.

Waxing appointments are available daily from 09:00 to 23:30. (The latest bookable slot is 21:30.)

Please note that waxing requires a 2.5-hour lead time before the appointment.

Results typically last 3–4 weeks, depending on your hair type and growth cycle. With regular sessions, hair often grows back finer and softer.
