RLAX offers a streamlined booking process for in-room wellness services.

Guests make their requests through your hotel’s reception or concierge team, and your staff can place the booking on their behalf through our dedicated web booking platform, using an account created for your property.

Once the booking is confirmed, the system assigns a provider based on the selected service, whether massage or nails. Our provider brings all required items for the treatment and follows hotel-appropriate service standards to ensure a smooth and comfortable experience for your guests.

After a booking is confirmed, an RLAX provider is assigned and arrives to deliver the service in the guest’s room or at a designated location assigned by the hotel.

All RLAX providers are certified, professionally trained, and thoroughly vetted to meet hospitality service standards.

They have to undergo an internal onboarding process, which includes training aligned with Thai Oasis Spa School and other industry-recognised standards.

Our Quality Control team also conducts ongoing assessments to ensure consistent service quality.

RLAX follows strict hygiene and safety standards for all services, including fresh linens, sanitized tools, and clear professional boundaries to ensure a safe and comfortable experience for both guests and providers.
